Blue-Dot and NetCraft today announced that they have signed an exclusive licensing agreement
that will allow Blue-Dot to integrate NetCraft's Agnesi and Versiera products into their
service offerings. The original one year beta licensing arrangement with product feedback
resulted in a closer relationship and the signing of this agreement.

"The Versiera service offering takes profile and identity management to a new level. Our clients are able to realize almost immediate savings on their software licenses as a result of being able to rationalize usage and even the need to have a full license of a given piece of software," says Frank Pikelner, Chief Technology Officer, Blue-Dot.

Blue-Dot's Agnesi enables consolidated approach to service management
Agnesi integrates with the leading network and systems management solutions to bridge the gap between the business and
technical management of networked information systems and their components to enable a consolidated approach to service
management.
In support of one of their major financial clients, the Blue-Dot Ticketing System now interfaces with CGI's Remedy Help
Desk simplifying the escalation of problem incidents from CGI to Blue-Dot. Once a ticket is escalated to Blue-Dot by Remedy
the Agnesi system will query the Remedy database and extract the ticket waiting in the Blue-Dot queue. A new incident
ticket is created in the Blue-Dot ticketing system with all of the information gathered by CGI. The Remedy ticket is
automatically populated with the discovery information maintained by the Agnesi system along with the resolution information.
"We were experiencing some difficulty transposing information from our ticketing system into the Remedy system and the
information was limited," said David Majetic, second level support manager at Blue-Dot. "Now that the two systems are
integrated this process is greatly simplified and the client receives expedient and detailed information on the ticket
resolution."
